Hotline Israël voor toeristen

Gezien de spanningen in het noorden van Israël heeft het Israëlisch Ministerie van Toerisme een hotline geopend voor toeristen en mensen in de reisbranche. De lijn is 24 uur per dag, zeven dagen per week, geopend.

De hotline verstrekt informatie over onder meer vluchten, reizen door het land en hotels. Het telefoonnummer is bedoeld voor toeristen die nog in Nederland zijn en een reis plannen, maar ook voor iedereen die op het moment door Israël reist en voor mensen die in de reisbranche werken.

Op vliegveld Ben Gurion kunnen toeristen 24 uur per dag voor informatie terecht bij de Tourist Information.

In light of the situation in Israël’s north, a hotline operated by the Israël Ministry of Tourism has been opened to attend to tourists’ and industry questions. The hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Service is available in English, French, Hebrew and other languages.
 
Information regarding flights, travel within the country, hotels, group tours and more can be provided.
 
The hotline is available to those still overseas planning to travel to Israël, tourists in the country, to Israëlis traveling domestically, as well as to tourism professionals. Representatives from the Ministry of Tourism, Israël Hotel Association, airlines, Tour Guide Associations, Parks Authority, rental car agencies and volunteers man the hotline.
 
The hotline can be reached by dialing 03 520 7600 (+972 3 520 7600 from abroad). Inquiries may also be faxed (+972 3 5207612/5) or emailed (feliw@tourism.gov.il).
Round-the-clock service is also provided at the tourist information office at Ben-Gurion International Airport.
